First, we would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. The health and safety of you, our Team, and the greater community we serve is our top priority. As we closely monitor the development of COVID-19, we want to share with you the precautions we are taking due to this global issue. They are detailed below.

 

As of today, our all our locations are open for business, and will remain open to serve you as long as it is safe. We are working on offering pickup and delivery options through GrubHub and Bite Squad so that you can enjoy Vapor Road at home.

 

Lastly, many of our loyal customers have reached out to offer support as we embark on what will be an extremely difficult time. The most effective way to support us is to buy a Vapor Road gift card for future use. The gift cards are redeemable at any of our seven locations. You can buy them by clicking here.

 

Standard Sanitary Policies:

 

  • We are disinfecting all commonly touched surfaces, menus, tables, doorhandles, and phones throughout the day.
  • Until further notice, we are no longer offering food, beer, and wine at locations where those are served. We are also removing all our e-juice testers.
  • All Team members experiencing any discomfort and especially flu-like symptoms must stay at home. We are continually monitoring operations and holding all employees accountable to stay diligent with the safety of everyone in accordance with all CDC recommendations.
  • Every employee must wash their hands throughout the day. Managers may request additional hand-washing throughout the day.
  • While our bar counters are still open for takeout, seating has been removed so that customers can practice social distancing.
  • Our lounge areas (pool table, games, etc.) are closed and all events are cancelled until the COVID-19 situation improves.
